Now is the time for you to act.
But remember, it is impossible to perform an action without the

plan and organize it.

You definitely want a larger audience to engage with your business.
To make this wish come true, you need to let people know that you are going to perform an activity,
invite journalists or people who will report your action on the networks,
invite the elected representatives of your territory.

Never doubt that a small number of volunteer citizens
and think can change the world.
In fact, it always happens that way.

FOR YOUR COMMUNICATION

GET READY:

Be prepared for potential adversity, because not everyone may like what you do.

What is essential is not to take it personally .

These are just people who don't share your point of view and deserve the same respect

that you would address to like-minded people.

Be nice and convince them with facts .

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE LEGAL ASPECT:

Depending on the type of activity you are planning, a call to the authorities,

as well as seek expert advice from a lawyer or legal services

that some NGOs have made available to them, can be fundamental

(ex: image rights if you take photos).

Do you plan to take photos and make videos

that you will share on social networks?

Does your business require you to budget?

What is your plan B in the event of unforeseen events?

Have you contacted people who are facing the problem

that you approach to join your action?

Are you going to carry out your action in partnership with an NGO or an association?

Does your activity require special permission from local authorities?

To keep your activity as organized as possible, make a to-do list

with all the necessary activities and assign each of them

to a different member of your group.

Remember that large-scale events and activities

generally need to be announced 4-6 weeks in advance,

especially if you want to involve a wide range of people.

If any part of the activity is not working as expected,

it does not mean that all the action is a failure.

Never give up, adjust your plans and move on.

TIPS:

Before carrying out your activity, it is essential to make sure that you have organized

all aspects of your action. Plan a meeting in which you will imagine

action in all its phases, check off what you already have from a list,

and write what is still to be improved. Repeat this process until everything has been checked.

And now the time has come - be courageous and take action!
