QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF:
individual then collective.
Take the time to think about your personal opinions
on what you just experienced
and when you feel ready to give your conclusions,
share your point of view
with the other members of your group.
Again, it is very important that all members have the opportunity
to express their opinions and feelings and that every voice is heard.
Be honest, give constructive criticism, but always in a way
kind and respectful.
Do you remember the requirements of S M A R T ? Now you will check
if you have concretely fulfilled them with your action.
And if you haven't, don't feel demoralized. Whatever the outcome, there is no room for failure as long as you have been involved and tried to make a positive contribution to our planet.
Change Actors fail, but they fail like champions
It's not the victory that matters, but the way you play the game.
Even if your action has already been taken, do not skip this step for any reason.
Understanding your strengths and weaknesses will be essential in order to organize new activities, undertake a new goal or be the engine of a new change.
Don't you know the game has only just started?
GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Did everyone in the group feel equally engaged in the action?
What kind of feedback did you receive from participants in the activity?
How can you learn from your mistakes?
Did things generally go as you planned ?
Do you think there are specific reasons why something
did not turn out as you expected?
Did you reach the group of people you intended to reach?
Find 3 positive and successful aspects
and 3 you could have improved or avoided

TIPS:
Write down your general conclusions about how you organized your action
and how to put it into practice.
Analyze your action both from a quantitative point of view
(how many people participated, etc.) and qualitative (did they enjoy participating, etc.).
Make a colorful poster where you write, draw or paint the memories
the funniest you have about your action.
Use either a google form
to create a questionnaire
for members
of the group
or use
the paper :
Make
a sign
creative.
